Rivola previously expressed his desire to keep Maverick Vinales on the team, but Vinales has decided to join KTM’s satellite team, Tech3, alongside Enea Bastianini. Rivola accepts Vinales’ decision and believes that the remaining races of the season will show Vinales’ fighting spirit. Aprilia quickly signed Bezzecchi as a bet for the future due to his strong performances and three victories last season. Rivola recognizes Bezzecchi’s talent, especially in wet track conditions and his ability to achieve good results on new tracks.
