It is a story that started far away, from grandmother Rosetta, and carried forward over the years by her impeccable son Carlo Barbaglio. “Rosetta” has always been a family. And this is precisely her strong point. Recently the talented sons (of Carlo and artistic grandchildren) Filippo and Riccardo wanted to give a creative twist both to the interior furnishings of the restaurant and to the dishes while maintaining the philosophy of “a place of the heart”, elegant, inclusive, tasty. And the Trattoria Da Rosetta in Capergnanica continues to enchant without tiring. Here are some recent posts, published via social media, which best describe two iconic dishes from the Passarera restaurant…

The charm of our Tortelli Cremaschi prepared, as always, for sixty years.

A traditional dish, made ad hoc, which knows how to conquer everyone with its unique taste in a balance between flavors and aromas, between sweet and savory, between good butter and Grana Padano.

An authentic sensorial experience.

You can always find them in our menu”… Already Mrs Rosa is the “Marchioness of Tortello”, without holding back and thinking only of the daily work in her trattoria da Chapeau. And then some advice:

“How to best start the summer at Rosetta?

A colorful summer risotto with melon and Crispy Culatello officially inaugurated the most popular season of the year.

A riot of vitality and taste”.

For the record, this dish is very popular with Italian DocRock Maurizio Borghetti.
