Walter Calogero Tesauro, candidate of the centre-right, is the new mayor of Caltanissetta. He won the ballot with 52.36%her rival Annalisa Maria Petitto, a civic member supported by the Democratic Party, obtained 47.64%.

TO Frost, a municipality of 75 thousand inhabitants in the province of Caltanissetta, the centre-left candidate is on his way to victory.
