MONTERIGGIONI. Opens a business to support the MaM, Archaeological Museum of Monteriggioni. The inauguration of the bar serving the museum will be on June 27th, Thursday at 6.00 pm. On this occasion, the name, i.e. ‘BarMaM’, the logo (which we attach in this press release) and the upcoming activity will also be presented. This is a management that will remain internal to the Municipality’s in-house company: Monteriggioni AD 1213 srl
Thus, a few days after the presentation of the summer season and the record of over twenty-one thousand visitors in approximately 11 months, the first museum in Monteriggioni is equipped with a fundamental service for the cultural structure. Not only that, because BarMaM will also be a meeting place for many initiatives on the summer programme.
Cultural events and appointments will be organised, always connected to the Museum and open to all. Like that Portraits in jazz review, entrusted to two great names on the Italian musical scene – Stefano Cocco Cantini and Ares Tavolazzi together with Lo Stanzone delle Apparizioni – which will be held every Thursday at the monumental complex of Abbadia Isola.
It will be open every day from 9.30am to 1.30pm and from 2pm to 7.30pm.

The project is large and Monteriggioni AD 1213 srl will continue to work to support and help the more general vision of both the complex and the Archaeological Museum of Monteriggioni.”
Furthermore, there is anticipation for a season dedicated to welcoming both tourists and the many Tuscans who will arrive in Abbadia Isola. For this reason, a further service will be of fundamental importance for the organization of the cultural structure.
The Mayor of Monteriggioni Andrea Forsini and the councilor for culture Marco Valenti will also be present at the inauguration of BarMaM.
