The construction site of Vigolana srl for the construction of the residential complex called Le Perle di Sardagna. The intervention takes its name from the village in which the company is located Pisetta Luigi is carrying out the work according to the project Transst Studio.
The complex in via Alla Funivia is made up of 2 buildings for a total of 24 accommodations in energy class A+. All the real estate units, of various shapes and sizes, will have large outdoor spaces available, divided between private gardens on the ground floor and terraces on the upper floors. The top floors are reserved for attic penthouses.
Le Perle di Sardagna has 4 floors above ground and a basement with garage and parking spaces. The energy class will be A+, with geothermal system, heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and the possibility of underfloor cooling.
Currently the first building, called A, is on the roof, while the second, called B, is under excavations. The expected completion of works for building A is December 2024, while for building B it is June 2025.
