Four trade union organizations are competing to obtain seats in the companies involved in the electoral competition, Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl, Uiltec Uil and Ugl Chimici, while the contractual sectors are those of energy and private oil and gas waterfall. These are strategic sectors, the subject of profound changes and reorganizations which will involve the elected RSUs themselves and the trade unions in the discussion processes, with the aim of safeguarding the presence of professionalism and the numbers of employees in the provincial territory. “The good response of participation in the electoral round shows that we are going in the right direction to represent the interests of workers and safeguard work in the area. In recent days, meeting the workers who were reaching the polling stations to vote, we have gathered concerns among them in the various companies, but above all among those in Caltaqua who also had to face the pressure of many users exasperated by the lack of water”, says the secretary Filctem Catalan.
