CATANIA – The importance of a unitary vision for the design of cities. A discussion between professionals and representatives of the University and city institutions.

The event, organized byOrder of Architects, Landscape Planners and Conservators of the province of Cataniawill be held on 24 June 2024 at the Etna headquarters of the Order (Largo Paisiello, 5 – Catania).
From 4pm Veronica Leoneacting president of OAPPC_CT (Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Conservationists of Catania) and Eleonora Bonanno president of FOAPPC_CT (Foundation of the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscapers and Conservators of Catania) will speak for institutional greetings, followed by a round table moderated by Maurizio Spina (Associate Professor of Town and Country Planning, DiCAr – Di3A). They will participate in the comparison Enrico Trantino (mayor of the city of Catania and of the Metropolitan City), Francesco Priolo (rector of the University of Catania), Irene Donatella Aprile (superintendent for Cultural and Environmental Heritage of Catania), Giovanni Laudani (director of Etna Regional Park Authority), Gaetano Laudani (chief civil engineering engineer of Catania), Except Lizzio (regional director of the Infrastructure and Transport Department), Francesco Di Sarcina (president of the port system authority of eastern Sicily Augusta – Catania), Nico Torrisi (CEO SAC), Filippo Palazzo (FS Commissioner for major works), Salvatore Cocina (general manager of the Civil Protection Department), Paolo La Greca (City Councilor for Urban Planning of the city of Catania).
