31 requests for a sentence of approximately 2 centuries in prison, a fine of 888 thousand euros and 33 requests for acquittals. These were, as we read in the “Gazzetta del Sud”, the requests of the prosecutor in relation to the “Moloss” trial. The investigation, conducted by the Reggio Police Headquarters with the Siderno Police Station, which is essentially based on telephone and environmental interception activities, and on shadowing and control services, «has highlighted a disturbing cross-section of the criminal reality of Locride and the current existence and operation of one of the territorial structures, operating in the drug trafficking sector also on an international scale”.
The exclusion of a unitary association dedicated to drug trafficking is ruled out, considering, instead, numerous detention and drug dealing operations proven.
