TRENT. Summit in Apran between the unions and the Province to start negotiations for the renewal of the 2025/27 contract of the Local autonomies. The discussion of the negotiation of the technical agreement has begun to bring the parties to the new protocol to commit Piazza Dante to inserting the resources into the budget adjustment law.

“We have highlighted the need for economic recovery for the three-year period 2022/2024 which sees us, as trade union parties, the first signatories of the Protocol of 18 July 2023 – they say Giuseppe Pallanch (CISL Fp) And Andrea Bassetti (Uil Fpl) – the request is to give a concrete signal to workers, a response in line with the commitments undertaken by the president of the Fugatti Province”.

The meeting on Friday 21 June was held between the unions and the General Manager of the Department of Personnel and Innovation Comper and the social partners indicated a road map. “The next few hours are decisive and will see us pursue the line of coherence, which has always been demonstrated in our declarations and actions, to achieve maximum results with the sole aim of providing answers to the life and working situation of the personnel working in the sectors of Local autonomies”.

The next step is on the agenda for Monday 24 June and the negotiation will also see the presence of the president of the Province. “In the negotiations, the focal points are the sub judice agreement for a structured quota on the 2022/2024 contract and certain resources on the Municipalities and Communities sector agreements, with particular attention to that of the APSPs”.

Instead, Cisl and Uil explain, an increase of one percentage point in the employer’s share of the Laborfonds Fund from 1 January 2024 “which gives a perspective of value to the continuity of work of the staff, as per our request. The intention is to supervise the work of the Settlement Law so that the commitments are respected for a path of improvement for the entire sector. Not we are satisfied because the Province must give a signal of change in its thinking regarding public employment”, conclude Pallanch and Bassetti.
