MIRANDOLA – On the day in which flyers and posters appear in Mirandola, commissioned by the provincial secretary of the League, Guglielmo Golinelli, in which some critical statements are reported towards Giorgio Siena’s PD on the Aimag case, the centre-left mayoral candidate in Mirandola, Carlo Bassoli, who will challenge the centre-right mayoral candidate Letizia Budri in the run-off on Sunday and Monday, announces other names of the future council in the event of victory, a drastically different communication choice.
“Part of the council was already known: Giorgio Siena, vice-mayor with responsibilities for culture, fusion and higher education in line with our program to combat school dropout; Stefano Toscani with responsibilities for Health and Sport. Every day we try to give value to elections which, increasingly, the Golinelli-Budri couple (also isolated from the rest of the allies) directs towards personal conflict and the search for pretexts to divide Mirandola’s voters into opposing groups. Together with the programs we shared the search for figures who could best implement them and form a reliable council team, based on certain skills.
To continue on the concrete level and without ever losing sight of our common project, we have identified two women, Carla Cremaschi and Elisa Golinelli, as members of the council that we will form after June 24th. Carla Cremaschi, thanks to the esteem she enjoys in the commercial sector and in the historic center for the experiences developed in the past, she will be councilor with delegations to commerce, crafts, the Historic City and promotion of the territory. Elisa Golinelli, teacher of the F. Montanari Middle School, author of school books and trainer, will deal with education and social services. Both are in their first administrative experience, they are autonomous and independent people eager to start soon by making themselves available to citizens, economic operators, young people and families.
