In the coming weeks the future president will have to prepare the plan of mandate for the four-year period 2024-2028 and locate the five vice presidents, which will be voted on en bloc at a subsequent meeting of the General Council. The name of Lorenzo Delladio and his presidential team will then be submitted to the vote of the next Assembly October 8 for the election, as required by the Confindustria Trento Statute.

The issues on the table, which were also raised by the entrepreneurs interviewed by the commission, are multiple and complex: artificial intelligence, energy transition, welfare, female employment, faster bureaucracy, relationship with schools. These are just some of the challenges that Delladio will have to face in the coming years. The owner of La Sportiva will succeed him Fausto Manzana, president of Confindustria for five years in one of the most difficult periods for businesses.
