Massimo Brambilla is officially the coach of Foggia

This afternoon Calcio Foggia 1920 made it official that they have reached an agreement with the new first team coach Massimo Brambilla: the coach will join the Rossoneri club from 1 July until 30 June 2025.

Born on 4 March 1973 in Vimercate, he was a professional footballer in Serie A and B, wearing the shirts of Monza, Turin, Cagliari, Bologna and Parma. In a note from Calcio Foggia 1920 we read that with over 400 appearances among professionals, Brambilla has also brought his determination and competence to the world of coaches.

After hanging up his boots, the coach from Brianza began his coaching career in Atalanta’s youth team, where he demonstrated his talent in the growth and training of young players. Subsequently, he led the Primavera team of the Bergamo club, obtaining excellent results and contributing to the development of numerous talents.

In the last two years, Mister Brambilla has led Juventus NextGen with excellent results, winning the final of the Italian Cup Serie C in the 2022/23 season, to the detriment of the Rossoneri, while in the last season he gave way in the playoff quarter-finals to then Carrarese won.

The management of Calcio Foggia is convinced that Massimo Brambilla’s experience and tactical vision will be fundamental to achieving the team’s objectives next season. “I accept this new professional challenge with enthusiasm and I am honored to be able to coach a historic team like Foggia. I fully understand the importance of having arrived in such an important place and I am confident that, through work, we will all gain great satisfaction together” the first words of the Rossoneri coach.
