PISTOIA – BambinoPiù Emergency and Progress is a Pistoia association that was founded in 2022 with the aim of trying to improve the lives of children and provide material aid to the precarious conditions of many families today.
“We carry out humanitarian missions and emergency interventions in Italy and abroad: we are
who intervened on the front line in Ukraine, in Benin, in the earthquake-stricken areas on the border
Turkish-Syrian, to the point of supporting the territories affected by recent floods, such as
Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany. In the province of Pistoia we are committed on a monthly basis to identifying situations not yet classifiable as “extreme poverty” and we intervene on primary needs, in particular on the donation of food products and support for any personal and/or social hardships which unfortunately, often , create an emotional block and situations of shame” explains the association.
To date, thanks to the generous help of a single benefactor, the association has succeeded
to use the premises where it is based in via Carducci n°18 in the center of Pistoia, where
it houses all the basic necessities which are then distributed to families
needy.
“Unfortunately, at the end of the month the association will no longer have the possibility of being helped by the benefactor in the monthly rent payment: in addition to no longer having an operational headquarters, the BambinoPiù Association will not have the possibility to contain the assets to be distributed to families in difficulty and, above all, it will not be able to promptly intervene should new emergency situations arise throughout the national territory.
In fact, every time an emergency arose BambinoPiù was there, in the front row, present on the field to help those who suddenly found themselves in an emergency condition, ready to lend a hand and mainly support the children and their families.
“Today the association is launching an appeal: it is looking for help, both from private individuals and companies, to ensure that the dream of helping others never stops coming true: this time it is Bambino Più who needs you! Benefactors, to whom a special place will be reserved in every activity and mission, and who will undoubtedly have great visibility in all the work as well as their own brand in the operational headquarters in one of the central streets of the city”.
The idea of creating Bambino Più did not arise suddenly, but was the result of numerous ideas
emotional motivations, driven above all by wanting to give solid help to children who
they represent the future and our legacy. This is “the creed” of all the volunteers of
