CARPI – The first municipal council of the new legislature in Carpi will take place in the Courtyard of Honor of Palazzo dei Pio. Mayor Riccardo Righi, who is responsible for the convocation for the first session of the body, has in fact formalized the convocation for Thursday 27 June at 7.00 pm in the Cortile d’Onore, which for an evening will take on the role of the council chamber welcoming the Mayor, Council and the 24 new councilors and councillors. Citizens are invited; in case of bad weather, the session will take place in the Sala delle Vedute.
There are several items on the agenda: among these, of particular importance are the oath of the new Mayor, the presentation of the municipal council, the presentation and discussion of the programmatic mandate lines, the election of the President and Vice President of the Council, and the establishment of council groups and commissions.
