The focaccia from Bisceglie is about to obtain the prestigious recognition of “Authentic Product of the Territory

«We spent a beautiful evening at the Castello Svevo Angioino dedicated to the valorisation of the culinary products of our territory, in the company of chef Pietro Zito. The focus was on focaccia from Bisceglie, close to obtaining the prestigious PAT recognition, Authentic Product of the Territory, an achievement that celebrates the authenticity and tradition of our cuisine. We thank the organizers of Aps Cooking Solution by Giuseppe Frizzale in collaboration with Sandro Romano, ProLoco and Assolocali for organizing this evening and chef Pietro Zito for his commitment to promoting the excellence of our territory”.

Thus the Mayor of Bisceglie Angelantonio Angarano at the end of the initiative.

The event saw speeches by the president of the Pro Loco of Bisceglie, Pierpaolo Sinigaglia, the vice president of Cooking Solution, Giuseppe Frizzale, and the president of AssoLocali, Andrea Ferrante. The aim of the meeting, moderated by the gastronomy journalist, Sandro Romano, was to enhance the authenticity of the territory by networking between producers, sector professionals and institutions.
