Milan begins preparation for next season by scheduling the first summer friendlies: 3 thrilling matches on the USA tour
The date of the rally is not yet official Milan which will officially begin preparations for the 2024/25 seasonbut yeah five friendly matches are set in the calendar of the new Rossoneri coach Paulo Fonseca. Like last year, they will be there three matches on American soil against opponents of absolute prestige. Also confirmed the second edition of the Silvio Berlusconi Trophywon by the Rossoneri last season.
Milan’s programme
The first test to which Fonseca’s players will be subjected will be July 20th, no more than 10 or 11 days from the meeting. The opponent will be the Rapid Vienna, which will host Milan in the Austrian capital. A few days later we will leave for the USA, where the tour already seen last year will lead the Rossoneri to clash against three prestigious opponents, as in the summer of 2023. On July 27th it will be Manchester City’s turn in New York. 4 days later, iOn July 31st, it will be Real Madrid’s turn in Chicago. The last match of this tour will be against Barcelona in Baltimore, on August 6. The last friendly match of which there is already certainty is the one scheduled for August 13thwhen Milan will welcome the Monza. It will be held like this second edition of the Silvio Berlusconi Trophydedicated to the president who made the history of both Lombard teams.
