the Italian summer tour of IL VOLO, from an idea by Michele Torpedine, produced by Il Volo and Friends & Partners – will soon stop in Tuscany with two unmissable events in unparalleled locations: July 22nd at the Parco Mediceo di Pratolino in Florence and on August 5th at the Gran Teatro all’Aperto Puccini in Torre del Lago (LU). During these concerts fans will be able to immerse themselves in the music of Ad Astra, their first album of unreleased songs, and in the greatest successes of the Italian musical tradition and their repertoire.

2024 is an important year for Gianluca Ginoble, Ignazio Boschetto and Piero Barone who celebrate 15 years of career and long friendship in music: which began in February with the success of “Capolavoro”, the song certified Gold Record and presented at the 74th edition of the Sanremo Festival, continued with the dates in Japan and arrived at the Verona Arena with Tutti Per Uno (from an idea by Michele Torpedine, produced by Friends & Partners), three special concert events with numerous guests, broadcast on Channel 5.

This morning, one month after the first of the two concerts, the presentation to the press of the Tuscan stages of 22 July and 5 August was held in the Red Room of Villa Demidoff. On this occasion, the President of the Tuscany Region Eugenio Giani presented IL VOLO with the “Pegaso”, one of the highest honors of the Institution. The Mayor of Vaglia Silvia Catani and a delegate from the Metropolitan City of Florence, owner of the Marco Mediceo di Pratolino, also participated in the presentation.

“We are thrilled to return to Tuscany with two extraordinary concerts, at the Parco Mediceo di Pratolino in Florence and at the Gran Teatro all’Aperto Puccini in Torre del Lago. The memory of the 2016 concert in the beautiful Piazza Santa Croce in Florence, where we performed with Placido Domingo, and the warmth of the Tuscan public always fills us with gratitude. We are also thrilled and honored to receive the ‘Pegaso’, a prestigious award, which represents an important recognition for our commitment to promoting Italian culture and music in the world. We can’t wait to share with you the music from our first album, Ad Astra, and the songs we’ve inherited from our cultural heritage. It will be a unique opportunity to celebrate our 15 years of career and the beauty of this land with the power of music. We are waiting for you!” – Il Volo.
