The Rovati family, through the investment vehicle Fidimjoins the Barletta Group.
The Group, led by Paolo BarlettaAnd Luca Rovatithrough Fidim, announce the agreement between their respective family holding companies to consolidate and expand the various business lines in the luxury tourism.
The operation will take place through the completion of a major capital increase – composed of liquidity and trophy assets – which, after the operation, will allow Fidim to hold a share equal to 12.5% of the Group’s share capital.
The agreement is intended to support the main activities of the Barletta Group, including Arsenal Spa – a company of which the Group is the largest shareholder and which today is the leader in Italy in the luxury hospitality market with an important expansion plan at an international level.
In particular, the expansion of Arsenale Spa – through the divisions in thehôtellerie and gods luxury trains – in addition to having consolidated its path in Italy, it has recently extended its model to over 5 countries around the world, strengthening its leadership also on the international market as a reference interlocutor for the cross-border growth of Made in Italy tourism.

Thanks to this investment, the Barletta Group will also be able to strengthen its presence in the segment management of 4 star hotels as well as carrying out various operations development real estate present in the portfolio.
Among the new ones challengesthere will also be investment in the education sector for the hospitality world which takes on an even more significant importance and centrality and on which the Group wants to focus, especially in consideration of the growth in staff that Arsenale will have in the next 18 months with the hiring of over 1,000 resources planned in the various hotels and trains.
