The activities for the renewal of the Boards of Directors of the Territorial and Category Sections of Confindustria Umbria for the two-year period 2024-2026 begin, as provided for in the Association’s Statute. From the next few days until autumn, the Assemblies of the associated companies belonging to the various Sections into which the Association is divided will meet to proceed with the renewal of the corporate offices, which takes place at the end of every two-year period.
We begin with the Category Sections, bodies that represent different product sectors: Clothing; Agri-food; Chemistry and Plastics; Power; Graphics and papermaking; Bricks, concrete products and mining; Metalworking and Plant Installation; Innovative and Technological Services; Transport; Tourism.
We continue with the Territorial Sections, which carry out representation functions in the area of competence: Upper Tiber Valley; Eugubino-Gualdese; Foligno; Middle Tiber Valley; Orvieto; Perugia; Spoleto-Valnerina; Terni.
For both the Territorial and Category Sections, the Board of Directors, chaired by the President and his Deputy, holds office for two years, is elected in even years and is re-electable. The President of the Section can be re-elected for a further two years.
The statutory obligations relating to the organizational structure of the Association precede the annual meeting of Confindustria Umbria.
