The “hunt” for staff for new openings in the city continues. This time, however, it will not be a boutique or a high fashion brand that will land in Bari, but a brand that many palates are already fond of. “Pescaria”, the pioneer restaurant chain in “Fast Casual Food”, is looking for a “store kitchen manager” based in Bari«for the supervision and management of an imminently opening point of sale».

The announcement, published on LinkedIn, would be confirmation of the brand’s new “challenge”: after Polignano, Trani, Milan, Rome, Turin, Verona and Bologna, now Bari is ready to welcome the iconic tartare sandwiches that have also conquered international palates. Required for the position previous experience of at least seven years in the catering sector and at least three in the management of fish products, as well as leadership, relational and communication skills. Furthermore, “the candidate will be responsible for the correct and adequate functioning of the kitchens of the assigned restaurants, therefore he will have, when necessary, to carry out any absent or missing tasks, in accordance with organizational and economic needs” we read in the announcement.

The new headquarters should be built in the Murat area, perhaps – according to rumors – in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. And, as we read in the social comments, for the company this new city, as for the previous ones, will be a different and exciting challenge.
