This morning, at the headquarters of the Vanvitellian complex of the Cadet Agents School of Caserta, the 225th professional training course ended for the 163 probationary agents of the State Police who, visibly emotional, took their Oath of Loyalty to the Republic.
The ceremony took place in the presence of the Prefect Giuseppe Castaldo and the Police Commissioner of the Province of Caserta Andrea Grassi, the civil and military authorities, welcomed by the director of the School.
At the same time, in 11 State Police Schools, a similar swearing-in ceremony was held for the 2,339 probationary agents of the 225th training course for student agents of the State Police. In particular, the Minister of the Interior, Prefect Matteo Piantedosi, and the Chief of Police – General Director of Public Security, Prefect Vittorio Pisani, also took part in the ceremony which took place at the Student Agents School in Peschiera del Garda. The solemn phases of the ceremony in Peschiera del Garda were also followed in live streaming by the audience of family members present in the other State Police Schools where, at the same time, another 2,136 Agents of the 225th Agent Student Course swore loyalty to the Republic.
The first classified in the final rankings of the 11 Schools received recognition; for all the young policemen, already involved in supervising the polling stations during the recent European consultations, the practical training will begin shortly in the assignment offices located throughout Italy.
