Civitavecchia – Usi civici, Righini and Grasso: «This act establishes the desire to put an end to an unfortunate affair»

Civic uses, more than 500 people at the meeting with the regional councilor Giancarlo Righini and the mayoral candidate Massimiliano Grasso

Civitavecchia – Many, even yesterday, to support Massimiliano Grasso. Yet another sign of Civitavecchia’s closeness to the centre-right mayoral candidate came during the meeting with Giancarlo Righini.

Massimiliano Grasso welcomed the regional councilor for Budget, Agriculture and Food Sovereignty to Corso Centocelle to discuss the topic of civic uses which recently saw the Tenuta delle Mortelle as a positive protagonist.

“The approval of the regional resolution – explained Righini – is only the beginning of a path started thanks to the desire of the Rocca council to put an end to a grotesque affair. Civitavecchia is a very important and strategic city for the economy of Lazio and beyond. With the act on the Tenuta delle Mortelle, the center-right has shown that it wants to resolve the problems that have been dragging on for years due to past administrations. When you put in effort and determination the result comes and we are only at the beginning.”

Words also signed by Massimiliano Grasso who received applause from over 500 present.

“We invited the citizens of Civitavecchia to the square to talk about a deeply felt problem – said the mayoral candidate -. After years of talk and damage by the Democratic Party and the 5 Star Movement, the Rocca council has intervened with a concrete and very important act that opens a new horizon”.

Regional councilor Emanuela Mari was also present.

“The region’s resolution has freed 5 thousand families from an incredible situation – concluded Mari -. The offices that worked on the act are made up of the same people who were in the previous administration. What was missing, therefore, was the political will to remove civic uses from Civitavecchia”.
