The “Regina Margherita” and the “Gemma Marconi” should compete by next summer.
In the headquarters of Asp 1 the definitive executive project was presented this morning for the construction of the new RSA for approximately 40 places, in this first step. An additional 40 positions are expected with other jobs.
A further step forward for the redevelopment of the structure with earthquake funds amounting to approximately ten million euros.
The services conference is still missing for the final green light but both for the new RSA and for the Gemma Marconi, which will once again become a school, the works should go to tender by next summer.
For the former nursery school, which will be able to accommodate around 60 children, the work could be completed by early 2026.
Illustrating the situation this morning was the commissioner of ASP 1 Roberto Canzio, whose mandate expires at the end of August and on which the new regional council will have to decide: for the work done so far, however, with an institution in the process of being reorganized and with the activities undertaken, confirmation is a given.
With him also the regional councilor for Social Policies, Roberto Santangelo, the regional councilor Emiliano Di Matteo, engineers and architects working on the work and the manager for public reconstruction, Piergiorgio Tittarelli.
