Viterbo – We receive and publish – Councilor Nunzi, no stranger to rash and lunatic statements due to the distance they have from reality, declassifies as irrelevant criticisms those brought to the attention of the municipal administration and the press by the council group and the city club of FdI.
Having raised a question of opportunities with respect to the development of the European market (which, said like this, seems like an event of international importance and, in fact, is a huge bandwagon of dubious taste and dubious disgust) right in the center and having reminded the Frontini council and its delegates that this choice had a certain impact (and not positive) for the traders of via Marconi, it seems neither instrumental nor superficial to us.
We have a different idea of a city, a different idea of tourism and a different idea of how to build the future of our Viterbo.
We ask the expert Nunzi how events of this nature can be held together with the Tuscia of art and culture. How without any planning for the upcoming summer, one could exchange an open-air restaurant for an event capable of attracting the tourists that a city like Viterbo deserves to have.
Unless you’re playing the biggest game and then it’s fine to say that you had over 45 thousand people in Via Marconi in three days: it would be interesting to know who they were, where they came from, looking for what, what other things they visited. during their stay, if there was any stay, in which structures they were allocated. City councils convened on laughable agendas (most recently, a session dedicated exclusively to three resolutions for the conferral of honorary citizenship on three illustrious adoptive and native citizens of Viterbo); no news of the summer programming, neither for the associations waiting to see a call rejected without resources nor for the events directly organized by the Municipality.
The mayor defined herself and her majority as a group of runaways. We sincerely wish the city that those who escaped will return home soon.
