Temple tour bus starts – Ragusa Oggi

Federalberghi, Confcommercio, Agrigento Extra and TUA (Trasporti Urbani Agrigento) have signed a co-marketing agreement to enhance services aimed at tourists and promoting the area in view of Agrigento Capital of Culture 2025. The initiative allows participating accommodation facilities to sell Temple Tour Bus travel tickets directly to their guests via a dedicated interface.

Visit temples with open-top buses

The Temple Tour Bus, managed by TUA, is active until the end of the summer period and offers the possibility of visiting Agrigento on board open-top buses. Two routes are available (red line and blue line) with different stops at the main tourist attractions of the city, in hop-on/hop-off mode (hop on and off). The Temple Tour Bus ticket is also valid for TUA’s urban service lines.

Currently, 8 hotels affiliated with Federalberghi Agrigento and 16 B&Bs of the Agrigento Extra circuit have joined the initiative, for a total of 24 structures. Confcommercio Agrigento has also signed the agreement.

This strategic partnership aims to improve tourist reception, facilitating visitors’ movements within the city and to other destinations, thus optimizing their time. The agreement reflects TUA’s vision of an integrated and user-oriented public transport, with particular importance in a tourism key, especially in preparation for Agrigento Capital of Culture 2025.
