A new opportunity to enhance the food and biodiversity communities of agricultural and food interest. Thanks to a call from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests, the Tuscany Region will present a project proposal to obtain contributions that will support activities carried out, including the study and description of genetic resources, by the food communities and agrobiodiversity

The council has just expressed a favorable opinion on participation in the tender and has authorized the competent sector to prepare the documents that will be necessary for the presentation and approval of the project proposal, for its implementation and for its subsequent reporting.

The vice-president and councilor for agri-food declares that the decision was taken to provide the food and agrobiodiversity communities with the support they deserve and expect, confirming that the Region is ready to provide it as soon as the opportunity arises.
