World Yoga Day, now in its tenth edition, will be held on Friday 21 June 2024 as every year at the Irno Park.
The event organized by Devayoga Salerno, with the patronage of the Municipality of Salerno and of Csen – Salerno Provincial Committee is open to all, with free and open participation and without the need for reservations.
The appointment is at the Irno Park (former Salid area, in the square of the Ghirelli theater) for a Hatha Yoga lesson suitable for everyone starting at 7.00 pm.
Followed by guided meditation lasting approximately 20 minutes.
The lessons will be conducted by Dr. Rita Cariello, Yoga teacher certified E-RYT500 by Yoga Alliance and Csen/Coni trainer who declares:
“We can proudly say that in Salerno and in the entire Province we have started these celebrations since 2015, the first year in which the UN established this anniversary, acting as an example and guide for all the other yoga schools in the entire Province. We invite everyone to participate, even those who have never experienced this fantastic discipline, no reservation is needed, just your own mat and appropriate clothing. Punctuality is recommended!”
New this year is the prize draw that will be held at the end of the lessons. Before the start of the activities you will be able to collect a free ticket for the final draw of 6 prizes
