Benedetto XIV is pleased to announce that Emanuele Di Paolantonio is the new coach of the
Sella Cento, the former Imola player has signed a two-year contract.
Despite his young age, he boasts a career already full of experiences. Emanuele is originally from
Teramo and began his career on the bench of his city team, at the time in Serie A,
as assistant to important coaches such as Pancotto, Boniciolli, Dalmonte, Capobianco and
Ramagli.
Subsequently, he joined the technical staff of Sutor Montegranaro for two seasons, always
as assistant, this time to coach Charlie Recalcati, then in 2014 he moved to Omegna, in
A2 Silver series, where he became first assistant to coach Alessandro Magro. The beginning of his
career, therefore, is characterized by the presence of great coaches from which to draw.
In the summer of 2015 he returned to Abruzzo, to Roseto and became head coach. On the shore of the Adriatic
remains for two seasons, reaching the finish line of the promotion playoffs first and winning the
playout series against Napoli then.
In the summer of 2018 he moved to Andrea Costa Imola, also in Serie A2, where he remained for two
seasons. Two years later, Di Paolantonio brought his talents to Mantua, where he remained until January
- After that, it’s time to return alongside Alessandro Magro, this time in Serie A
with Germani Brescia, where he remained for two years as first assistant, before returning to Imola in Serie B
national team, where he concluded the last season, reaching the goal of Salvation.

an important and structured company, which has done very well in recent years, and
I am extremely excited and motivated for this new challenge. I thank the Club for
having chosen me to start a new path. We know it will be a long year
and difficult, and for this reason we are already working with Renato and the Club to try to
build the right group that can offer the best version of themselves
day.”
