Intervention by the firefighters of the provincial command of Terni, with more men and vehicles, in the early afternoon of Tuesday in a building in via del Lanificio 9, a stone’s throw from viale Brin. For reasons currently being investigated – the first hypothesis is that they are completely accidental – an apartment inhabited by three non-EU citizens, located on the mezzanine floor, was affected by a fire which seriously damaged it. The agents of the Terni Flying Squad, together with the 115 personnel, evacuated as a precaution, also due to the thick smoke that developed, two other apartments in the same building inhabited respectively by a family made up of several people and by two other residents . No one needed treatment from the 118 health workers, who nevertheless intervened on site. The flames were put out by firefighters who then proceeded to clean up and free the spaces from smoke. Assessments underway regarding the usability of the apartments, primarily the one affected by the fire. The Terni local police were also on site to manage the road network immediately after the event by the state police.
