In the late afternoon on Sunday, a citizen contacted the Police Headquarters Operations Center to request police intervention, because a man completely stripped himself naked in Piazza Walther and wandered around the streets of the historic center without clothes.
Having immediately arrived at the indicated location, the Police managed to track down the subject, a thirty-seven year old Hungarian citizen with numerous criminal records against him for various crimes, including robbery, theft, resisting a Public Official and damage.
After having him get dressed and taking the testimonies of two people who had directly witnessed the unedifying spectacle, the Agents proceeded to take the man to the Police Headquarters for the continuation of the Judicial Police activities.

At the end of all the tests, he was thirty-seven years old reported from the Police to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Bolzano for the crime of obscene acts in a public place.
Against this man, sadly known to the city Police Force, the Police Commissioner of the Province of Bolzano, Paolo Sartoriissued a Removal order from the city centre and, at the same time, he ordered the start of the procedure, which is particularly complex given that he is an EU citizen, in order to proceed with his Expulsion from the National Territory.
