Yesterday morning (17 June), the Regional Commander of the Guardia di Finanza of Emilia Romagna, General of Division Ivano Maccanivisited the Provincial Command of Rimini.
Welcomed by the Provincial Commander – Col. t.ST Alessandro Coscarelli, the General met with a representation of the military members of the dependent departments and some members of the ANFI Sections of Rimini and Riccione, praising their attachment to the Institution.
On this occasion, General Maccani invited the Financiers to continue the important and meritorious activity carried out to protect legality, expressing words of sincere appreciation for the commitment made and the professionalism demonstrated.
Continuing, he underlined the importance of the tireless action of the Guardia di Finanza for the community and, in particular, for families in difficulty, to prevent and combat any form of economic-financial crime, to safeguard citizens and honest companies that respect the rules.
The Senior Officer then handed over the moral rewards granted by him to the soldiers who distinguished themselves in some of the main service operations recently concluded.
Subsequently, during an operational briefing, the Provincial Commander of Rimini illustrated the various aspects characterizing the socio-economic reality of the province, the structure and lines of action of the dependent departments, as well as the most important operations underway execution.
The Regional Commander, accompanied by the Provincial Commander, then met the Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of Rimini, Dr. Elisabetta Melotti.
