In the last few hours, the Friuli Venezia Giulia region has been the scene of three serious motorcycle accidents. The three accidents, which occurred in a short space of time on the afternoon of 17 June 2024, involved several emergency vehicles and required the intervention of various emergency units.
First accident: Via Levada, Porcia
The first accident happened in Porcia, in Via Levada, at 4.57pm on 17 June 2024. Three people were involved and injured: a man, a woman and a child born in 2022. According to initial information, a motorbike and a car collided. Immediately after the alert, the Pordenone Fire Brigade and the State Police were mobilized. Three rescue missions were sent from the Sores station: two ambulancesee a’Self-medication. The injured were transferred to Pordenone hospital in serious, but not life-threatening, condition.
Second accident: Crosada area, Torreano
Shortly before, at 4.27pm, another accident occurred place in Torreano, in the Crosada area. In this case, the a 30-year-old motorcyclist was involved. It would have been an autonomous spill. Also on this occasion, two emergency vehicles were sent: an ambulance and a helicopter. The patient was hospitalized in serious condition at Udine hospital.
Third accident: Via Solari, Fiume Veneto
Finally, at 3.05pm, an accident between a car and a motorcycle occurred to Veneto River, in Via Solari. Two people were involved and three emergency vehicles were sent: helicopter, ambulance and medical vehicle. Conclusion of the mission with the transport of the patient to the Pordenone hospital in serious condition.
