Florence, 17 June 2024 – Now there is very little left. The Tour de France 2024 is about to begin. For the first time the prestigious cycling race will start from Italy. Saturday 29 June there Grand Depart will happen at Florence. There first step it winds right from Florence, and crossing the heart of Tuscany and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, it will reach Rimini.

The Tour de France is ready to land in Florence. The Grand Depart, the great departure, is scheduled from the Tuscan capital on June 29th

Thursday 27 June, the presentation of the teams will involve various places in the center of Florence. The event takes place from 6.30pm to 8pm. Departure of the cyclists from Palazzo Vecchio. Then the crossing of Lungarno Generale Diaz, Ponte alle Grazie, Lungarno Serristori, Piazza Giuseppe Poggi, Viale Giuseppe Poggi, up to Piazzale Michelangelo.
