Mayor Ilaria Bugetti: “Thanks to the 2,500 Agesci cubs and ladybirds who arrived from all over Tuscany and to this special gathering dedicated to the value of good deeds, it was a truly special weekend for our city.

Thanks to those who brought this wave of positive energy to Prato”

Agesci Tuscany: “Thanks to all those who helped (logistics staff, voluntary associations, R/S in service), organized (contact persons, patrol, representatives), made this magical event possible (city of Prato, diocese, local authorities). But above all thanks to every single little wolf, every single ladybug, whose eyes shone when they discovered that it is really nice to have so many little brothers and sisters. Happy hunting and happy flying to everyone!”

The Agesci ‘Leave your footprint’ event represented “the culmination of a journey focused on the value of good deeds, the gesture of courtesy typical of scout education”.

A three-day Prato scout that made many children from all over Tuscany play and sing. A great party for children between eight and twelve years of age. During the morning the Municipality authorities will also be present in the square who will bring their greetings to the participating children and leaders and who will be welcomed with open arms by a festive multitude of blue shirts and red and green caps.

The Agesci Toscana regional event continues with over 2000 cubs and ladybugs (children between 8 and 12 years old) present in the city for the conclusion of the activities carried out in the groups of the region during the year. With an enormous organizational and logistical effort by the Agesci leaders and the institutions, always very available and attentive, the children were hosted in the school and diocesan structures of the area to experience a moment of joy and fun together, but also to lay the foundations for being increasingly aware of how important it is to help others and put ourselves at the service of others.
