ROVIGO – No similarities, but the awareness that only with the victory of the mayoral candidate Valeria Cittadin could the political project of Antonio Rossini, candidate for mayor of Rovigo, find continuity with his entry into the city council among the minority benches.
“The civic group that represented me through two lists was created with the intention of guaranteeing stability and coherence to the municipal administration of Rovigo while avoiding, at the same time, the implosion of the figure of the mayor within the political parties” declares Rossini.
“My candidates and I have believed and believe in the involvement of civil society on the basis of an administrative program of “good governance”, free from strong preconceived conditioning, we are consistent between “saying and doing” and far from a certain policy made of personalisms.
Together with Massimo Carravieri and Adino Rossi representatives of “Noi Moderati”, with Enrico Bellinello of the “Ci Piace” group and with many candidates from the two lists who supported me, we decided to provide a clear political signal in favor of the Citizen Mayor candidate and the member good from the centre-right.
I believe that our decision is an act of civil/political responsibility towards the city which expects a change of direction.
We are not interested in the heated dynamics for the various positions, but I guarantee, as has always been demonstrated, that our experience will be used to support the smooth functioning of the administration and the Municipality of Rovigo” concludes mayoral candidate Rossini.
