Fisac: “Sviluppo Italia resumes its role”

Define and share the strategic operational plan for Sviluppo Italia as soon as possible. This is the indication provided by the CGIL on the occasion of the meeting held on 13 June at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies to resolve a series of issues relating in particular to the institutional mission as well as the statutory, organizational and strategic structures of Sviluppo Lavoro Italiawhich is destined to resume and carry forward the experience of Anpal Servizi, as an important point of connection between the Ministry of Labor itself, the Regions and the autonomous Provinces.

In a statement, Fisac Cgil also declares that “the rapid digital transformation underway and the consequent transformation of work require coordinated strategies to promote social and working inclusion. And it is precisely for this reason that during the meeting the CGIL, represented by Rossella Marinucci, together with the other two Confederations, firmly reiterated the request “to define and share the strategic operational plan for the agency in a short time, which identifies its tasks and role in the implementation of ministerial policiesand to proceed with the definition of the new Statute, the new Board of Directors and the establishment of the Strategic Committee, composed of the social, industry and institutional partners”.

Representing Fisac, Bruna Belmonte of the national secretariat, and the coordinator of the RSAs, Luca Meneguzzo, who strongly reiterate that “knowing in a short time what the mandates and functions of Sviluppo Lavoro Italia will be is decisive for being able to carry forward the negotiation for the renewal of the Ccal, with particular reference to declarations, the classification system and professional figures; as well as being evidently fundamental in the more overall framework for redeveloping active labor policies for the development of our country”.

The ongoing digital transformation, Bruna Belmonte further underlines, “will speed up the work itself, and at the same time it will also speed up the evolution of skills, since as the world of technology is constantly evolving, digital skills are also destined to change extremely rapidly And continuous training will be increasingly important to constantly update and grow workers”. In conclusion, for Marinucci, Belmonte and Meneguzzo, “it is essential that Sviluppo Lavoro Italia resumes its role, not only of technical assistance, but of planning and propulsion, for all those activities that the Ministry of Labor will have to implement in terms of policies active”.
