Our trade union organization was contacted by many winners of the competition for tax officials who reported to us the total lack of transparency that characterized the procedure for assigning offices in Lombardy. The perception of having been seriously prejudiced by unfair and arbitrary choices is very widespread among the winners with whom we have come into contact. For this reason, USB has submitted a request for information to the Regional Management (attached to this press release) in order to make public the names of the staff assigned to the individual structures (DC, DR and DP). The first step to shine a spotlight on the issue of the assignment of seats, on which USB took a position right from the start, calling for respect for the law and the use of the priority criterion of the ranking.
We will therefore provide all the necessary support to those who want to see clearly. Because for us the role of the Union is also to publicly take a stand against the administration’s unfair and illegitimate choices. Moving in the shadows (so as not to openly challenge the management) in search of members is not our style.
