Today’s edition of “Il Giornale di Sicilia” focuses on Palermo, a construction site opened a few weeks after the start of the retreat.

In defence, Marconi has left, while Peda, after a year on loan at Spal, will have his chance. Devetak will look for new accommodation. Buttaro and Aurelio are leaving, so the sporting director will have to find a full-back for each flank and something could also change in the center of defense if one of Lucioni, Nedelcearu and Graves leaves.
In midfield, Segre’s renewal is crucial: his exit would lead to the arrival of a starter. Henderson and Coulibaly have returned to Empoli and Salernitana respectively, while Stulac is transferable but has a high salary. Ranocchia will be one of the cornerstones of the future, as will Vasic, who will have to improve after a disappointing year. For Gomes, everything will depend on the offers, while Saric will be evaluated in retirement together with Damiani, who is less likely to remain. Broh could participate in the training camp but will almost certainly not be part of the 2024/25 squad.
In attack, there will be a revolution. Mancuso and Traorè have already returned to Monza and Milan, while Brunori and Soleri have many requests and will be sold to the highest bidder. Replacing them will be difficult and could take time, until August. Insigne could be sold if interesting offers arrive, while Di Mariano and Di Francesco will be confirmed to maintain continuity.
