A bet won last night in Lamezia Terme at the doctor’s Anna Paola Cavalieri, gynecologist, from Lucia Citizen and from Lamezzo Library System.
Being able to speak in one room full of people on a topic like menopause, still taboo for many women, listening without hesitation to the many questions coming from the public is certainly symptomatic of a need, now undeferrable, of women to discuss and take care of their own needs.
This is the message sent by Knights with his book “Without fear of change”. Focus on ourselves, carve out time for our interests, learn to listen to our needs, be indulgent with our frailties and do everything to ensure that the years following menopause are characterized by good health, a healthy lifestyle and lots of awareness of the value that every woman possesses.
Lamezia literally overwhelmed her fellow citizen with affection, giving her the right recognition; heartfelt thanks also came from the Mayor Paolo Mascaro who brought greetings from the whole city.
