Forty generous benefactors, two boxes full of precious medicines and an infinite number of pleas to support this laudable initiative. The report of the courageous young people of “We live in Caserta” – the enthusiastic youth association – is permeated by a positive and professional tone.
On a beautiful Sunday morning, they organized a wonderful demonstration to collect medicines destined for distant Gaza. Their stand, elegantly set up in via Acquaviva a few steps from the charming villa in via Avellino, aroused great interest among curious passers-by.
Attracted by the engaging promotion on social media, people have passionately joined this admirable cause.
“We can only be satisfied with what we collected in just one morning – commented Francesco Russopresident of the ‘ViviAmo Caserta’ association – Many passers-by stopped curious about our presence and participated by purchasing medicines or contributing in other ways. Thanks to the collaboration with the Palestinian community, we aim to send the package with the collected medicines as soon as possible and make our contribution to peace”.
