If the search must fall on a “right foot” (to give a deputy to the Dutch centre-back), the choice could fall on Alberto Dossena, 25, Cagliari card, right foot, 35 games last season with 2 goals and 2 assists. The cost of the island’s power station is around 6/7 million. The other contender is Lilian Brassier, 24, Brest player, left foot, whose price tag the transalpine club values at around ten million. Last season Lilian played 30 games, scoring 3 goals and Milan and Marseille would also be interested in the player.
The no to Juventus for Calafiori
On Calafiori, Saputo’s idea is clear: never a Bologna player at Juventus, in light of the former coach’s behavior when communicating his desire for a renewal.
