Elections, run-off in seven days: Sunday for the two candidates

Exactly in 7 days the people of Cremona will be called to the polls again to choose the new mayor of Cremona. And the electoral campaign of the two candidates for the mayor’s seat doesn’t stop on Sunday either.

In particular, the day of the centre-right candidate, Alessandro Portesani, is divided between family and voters.
A morning at the Canottieri Dlf and then in the afternoon a visit to the Maristella, to understand what problems and needs the citizens of district 7 express. And then in the heart of the city, between the headquarters of the electoral committee and the banquets in support of his candidacy.

Instead, the centre-left candidate’s Sunday started with a jog along the main embankment Andrew Virgil. During the lunch break, there will be an operational meeting with some list representatives to organize the work of the last week and then flyer distribution and ongoing field coverage with the candidates from 4.30pm to meet citizens and answer their questions.

The paths of the two mayoral candidates will cross at dinner time when both will participate in the 26th edition of the Happening, the event organized by the S. Omobono cultural center, where, Monsignor Antonio Napolionibishop of Cremona and Tommaso Agasistiprofessor of management engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan and member of La Mongolfiera onlus, will discuss the title of this year’s edition on the stage in Piazza Stradivari in Cremona, “Don’t be afraid!”.
