Late yesterday evening staff of the Flying Squad of Bologna he tracked down a 38 year old citizen of Ukrainewith a police record, seriously suspected of themurder committed inside the house in via Ferrarese, to the detriment of another 40-year-old compatriot. The latter was found yesterday morning lying on a chair with various wounds on his body and head: he was taken to the Maggiore hospital where he underwent emergency surgery with a trauma to his belly resulting in the removal of his spleen and a fractured skull. The man then died late yesterday morning.
During the personal search, the Scientific Police immediately intervened on site some latent fingerprints attributable to the arrested subject were detectedwhose participation in the crime was confirmed by the meticulous acquisition of some cameras present which immortalized the arrival of the man armed with a blunt object in the building where the victim lived, and leaving after a few minutes with some evident traces of blood along his arm.
The elements provided allowed the Public Prosecutor to issue a ruling arrested for the crime of murder against the Ukrainian citizen who was tracked down in the Pilastro area aboard a vehicle. Taken to the police station after the necessary searches, he was subjected to interrogation and, after being arrested, he was taken to prison. The motive can be traced back to passionate reasons.
