CARRARA – The starry sky above us and… a plate of spaghetti with muscles in your hands, perhaps after a nice walk from Carrara to Sorgnano to stimulate your appetite. The evening of Sunday 30 June ‘Spaghetti under the stars’ organized by the Public Assistance actually begins before the spaghetti dinner: it starts at 6.00 pm in Piazza dell’Accademia in Carrara where the historian Daniele Canali will talk about the historic center, dwelling on and focusing on the historical evolution -gastronomic of typical dishes that belong to our places. After an hour, an hour and a half, around 7.30 pm we will leave for Sorgnano. Those who prefer can get on the bus provided. Once you arrive you can refresh yourself with a plate of spaghetti with muscles (unlimited), a glass of wine/water and a sweet. You can choose whether to eat indoors or those who want to enjoy a plate of spaghetti under the starry sky can do so by taking a seat in the sports field specially set up with chairs.
