These are just some of the authors who will pepper the long day of books Monza book festthe publishing and literature festival which has been organized by the cultural association for the tenth time Hemingway & co to the Arengario.
«It is not only a goal achieved but a stimulus to move forward and do better – write the organizers presenting the edition on Sunday, 16 June – In recent years we have hosted hundreds of writers and artists and given voice to many local, debuting authors and onlus, associations with charitable and cultural purposes. The heart of the center of Monza will still beat strong on Sunday to give vitality to culture, social commitment and pure entertainment.”
The appointment is to the ArengarioThat «it will still be dressed in books, a square proud of its main role, that of free learning, dissemination and exchange of ideas and opinions».
Monza book fest 2024, the Arengario programme
All at a fast pace starting from 3pm and until the evening. The debut is entrusted to the theme “Beyond the kitchen” with Roberta Schiraauthor of “Flowers are always right”, e Vittorio Vaccaro with his “The kitchen is the theater of life”. Half an hour later it will be “The Hour of Crime”, actually on paper fifty minutes, with Valerio Varesi and “The Ice Labyrinth”, Giovanni Cavallo for “Giallo Itriano”, Aldo Pagano and his “Erba d’annata” and finally the “Crimes imperfect” told by Albina Perri.
For “Yellow aperitif in pink sauce” at 4.20pm it will be the turn of Alice Basso and “A party in black”, then Raffaella Fanelliauthor, “Who killed Simonetta Cesaroni” e Lisa Beneventi of “Madame Royale”. At 5pm she will perform “Aria di poetica” with Andrea Mitri and his “Pannolovers” e Roberta Castoldi, who signs “The passing air. Conversations with Franco Loi”. Just twenty minutes, because then it will be the turn of “Fatti & Misfatti” with Marco Franzoso, Raffaele Della Valle and Guido Mattioniauthors in the order of “Dear Giulia”, “When Italy lost face” and “Death is served”.
Monza book fest 2024, the second part of the event
At 6.10 pm voice to the “Senior Generation”, to which Hemingway & co. this year he dedicated the edition of the literary X Factor “Parole Aperto”: guest Giuseppe A. Iannoccari of “The ten pillars for an efficient brain”.
A quarter of an hour later we will talk about the novels of Dario Lessa (“The Longest Step”) and of Angel Luis Galzerano (“Islands included”), while at 6.50 pm the “Journey through memory” starts with Dentello Crucifix and “School of Solitude”, Dario Levantino and “The Judge and the Child,” Packi Valente of “Meet Anna Marchesini” e Riccardo Russino with “Contested and Trampled”. The closure is entrusted to Filippo Galli (“My heretical football”) e Lapo De Carlo (“Every single moment”).
