The approach adopted is global: immediate solutions are provided for entrepreneurs with maritime concessions for the current season and long-term responses are envisaged with the introduction of a tender compliant with the European directive for the next few years. At the same time, actions are underway to review and correct the problematic parts of the current municipal beach plan.

Therefore, the Municipal Administration announces the start of the procedures that will lead to the publication of a tender for the assignment of state maritime concessions, a fundamental step in the implementation of the new Beach Plan.

The implementation of the Municipal Beach Plan represents a significant turning point for the valorization and sustainable management of our coastal areas, ensuring a more efficient and responsible use of state resources.

The Beach Plan aims to promote a balanced development of seaside and tourist activities, respecting the environment and the needs of our community.

The award call will be open to all operators in the sector, with the aim of encouraging innovation, improving the quality of services and promoting environmental sustainability.

At the same time, the Municipal Administration is working to initiate the necessary changes to the Municipal Beach Plan (PCS). By actively participating in the regional tender, we intend to address and resolve the aspects of the PCS that have been deemed problematic. This intervention aims to improve the effectiveness of the current regulations, responding adequately to the needs of citizens and tourism operators.

Furthermore, the procedures for temporary concessions pursuant to art. 10 of the Navigation Code which will allow temporary use of state-owned areas, facilitating the carrying out of activities which will contribute to livening up our coastline during the summer season and in other periods of high attendance.
