Robbery, extortion, aggravated personal injury and illegal possession of weapons in competition. This is the series of crimes for which a 20-year-old and a 23-year-old from Bologna and a 22-year-old from Modena will have to answer, along with two other minors.

The investigations that led to the issuing of the precautionary measure were carried out by the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Operations Unit of San Giovanni in Persiceto, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Bologna, for the events that occurred on the evening of 1 October 2023, when some young people they were robbed in front of one San Pietro in Casale discoby a gang made up of other young people with two large dogs, used to scare the victims, and who wore a dark suit.

Tracked down by the Carabinieri, the three adults (20-year-old and 23-year-old from Bologna and the 22-year-old from Modena) were subjected to the precautionary measure issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Bologna: obligation to reside in the municipalities of residence, with a ban on leaving their respective homes. between 8.00pm and 7.00am.

The possible criminal responsibilities of the two minors, however, will be assessed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Bologna, who will make the consequent requests to the Juvenile Court of Bologna.

In recent days, the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Bologna had reported two students, a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old, to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office of Bologna for personal injuries. The 14-year-old was reported by the Medicine Carabinieri during an investigation launched to trace the identity of a boy who had punched a classmate, also a minor, in a school canteen. Rescued by the 118 health workers, the unfortunate man was treated and discharged with a prognosis of twenty days: “Facial trauma with displaced fracture of the nasal bones”.
