He passed away last September but the desire to continue has not disappeared Pagos in the city: civil desire and redemption for the artists of Crotone. “Crotone’s artists must be protected”, is the warning launched by his son Rizierotogether with his family, in the entrance hall of the historic building in Crotone.
A particular moment, in which the plaque dedicated to the Crotone artist was inaugurated next to the door of his house. The event, not only commemorative, but also to relaunch the city’s artists, was promoted by the family together with the Facebook group Nuij i subba u casteddru, with Roberto Trevisi, Pino Perri And Antero Villaverdethe Santa Critelli Foundation of Antonio Arcurithe master goldsmith Michele Affidato, Lucia Bellassairepresentative of the Ecclesial Movement of Cultural Commitment.

The idea of proposing an exhibition in memory of him, collecting his artistic works, was also launched. But not an event as an end in itself, but one that lays the foundations for all local artists, especially those who remain in the shadows.

The Facebook group brought people together in memory of the artist and his friend, laying the foundations for a future exhibition featuring Pagos’ works. In recent weeks, in fact, the “Madre” exhibition by Francesca Manfredi was set up in the auxiliary tower of the Carlo V Castle, dedicated to the tradition of the Crotone patronal festival in the month of May and, on the occasion, two paintings painted by Pagos which depict the great procession of the Madonna of Capo Colonna, or our Crotonese nature.
