After the clear refusal of the Dem candidate for support from the Alleanza Verdi Sinistra, which had supported Luca Valcarenghi in the first round, the deputy intervenes on the matter Devis Dori, which attacks: “After having expressed our willingness to support the centre-left list in the ballot, proposing the alliance, without asking for anything in return, the mayoral candidate Suardi closed the speech in a contemptuous way and, without any political motivation, he spoke generically about “armchairs”, offensive tones for our community and which we reject to the sender.

The MP from Bergamo then asks for a fundamental clarification to Suardi, who prefers not to comment for now: “Our electoral program begins by declaring ourselves anti-fascists, pacifists, environmentalists. Does the candidate for mayor feel light years away? The theme of anti-fascism is not found in her electoral program. What our 496 Avs voters need to know is that, inside or outside the city council, we will continue our environmental battles and will not give anyone a break, for example on the issue of land consumption and logistics hubs”.
