The exercises organized by the Civil Protection for bradyseism risk are back. This is what was decided yesterday, at the Prefecture of Naples, during a meeting of the Rescue Coordination Centre, via video link with the Department of Civil Protectionof the Presidency of Cabinetwith the Civil Protection of Campania region and the Municipality of Naples and with the mayors of Pozzuoli and of Bacoli.
During this exercise, on 25 and 26 June, on the organization of which all the subjects of the civil protection system will continue to work in the coming days, the Rescue Coordination Centreactivated in Prefecturewill be extended to the participation of the Police Forces, the Fire Brigade of the Campania Region, the municipalities involved and all the other subjects involved in the rescue activities, for the continuous monitoring of the event and the unitary management of emergency interventions.
This important exercise, which adds to the exercise activities that have been carrying out for a few months, will serve to make the response of the civil protection bodies which are called upon to operate in relation to any possible scenario determined by the bradyseismic phenomenon.
